Register for Your Language Course in Florence

Signing up for an Italian language course at Parola school is quick and straightforward.

To complete your enrollment, simply follow these steps:

Registration Process

Complete the form: fill out our online Registration Form and submit it to the school.

Confirmation: once we receive your data.

Parola school will confirm your registration within 24 hours.

Payment Details

To secure your enrollment in one of our Italian language courses, a deposit of €80 is required. This deposit will be fully deducted from your final tuition balance.

You can pay the enrollment deposit using any of the following options:

Paying by Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is the most common method for paying your course deposit or full tuition.

The full course price, or the €80 enrollment deposit (when applicable), can be transferred directly to our bank account.

Please ensure the transfer is sent without charges to the payee (the school) so that the full amount reaches us.

Important Notes for Students

Receiver Name: you must specify PAROLA SNC as the official beneficiary/receiver name on your transfer so we can easily locate and credit your transaction once it arrives in Italy.

International Transfer Fees: if you are transferring funds from outside the European Union (non-SEPA zone), please check with your bank regarding international wire fees. You must cover all sender fees.

Transfers from within the EU are processed as standard domestic transfers and typically do not incur extra charges.

Account Restrictions: please note that the school bank account is strictly for course tuition and official fees. You cannot use the school bank account to transfer money for personal use or general living expenses.

When to Complete the Italian Language Course Payment

The price of our Italian language course and the accommodation fee must be paid in full on the first day of classes at Parola’s office.

For additional information or clarification regarding course enrollment, please contact Parola school office.

Course Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by email.

Please keep the following in mind:

Cancellations under 30 days: For cancellations made less than 30 days before the first day of the course, the deposit will be withheld but may be credited toward another course.

Cancellations 30 days or more: If a student cancels 30 days or more before the first day of the course, Parola School will refund the deposit within a week. Please note that the school is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by the student’s bank.

Discontinuing a course: There will be no refund if a student decides to discontinue a course that has already started.

Permit of Stay: There will be no refund once a Permit of Stay has been approved.

EU residents can obtain the E111 form (or European Health Insurance Card) in their home country to access the Italian National Health Service.

Visa for Students Outside of the EU

Students from outside the European Community who require a Visa in order to study in Italy must contact the nearest Italian Consulate or Embassy in their country, for information regarding the necessary documents and procedures.

Note: the school Parola will send you a registration certificate to help you obtain the Visa.

Holidays in Florence

Before enrolling for an Italian language course in Florence with Parola language school, please, bear in mind that we are closed on Italian national holidays and on the feast day of St. John the Baptist (June 24), Patron Saint of Florence.

Please, note that no lesson recovery or reimbursement will be provided by Parola school for the Italian national holidays and for June 24, the feast dedicated to Saint John The Baptist, the Patron Saint of Florence.
