Escolhi a Parola com base nas avaliações que encontrei aqui no Google e, agora, penso que também tenho a responsabilidade de compartilhar minha experiência para ajudar futuros estudantes interessados em viver a experiência de estudar italiano em Florença. Posso afirmar, sem hesitação, que optar pela Parola foi a melhor escolha possível. A organização do curso é excelente e a localização da escola é perfeita. A combinação entre as aulas de gramática e de conversação faz toda a diferença, pois ambas se complementam de maneira muito inteligente, tornando o aprendizado mais natural, consistente e eficaz. A professora Sara, responsável pelas aulas de gramática, consegue tornar leve e divertida uma parte do estudo que poderia facilmente ser cansativa. Mesmo trabalhando conteúdos densos, conduz as aulas com muito bom humor, dinamismo e uma energia contagiante. Já as aulas de conversação com a professora Sílvia são simplesmente adoráveis. Além de ser uma professora extremamente atenciosa e gentil, ela criava diariamente um ambiente descontraído, estimulando os alunos a falar sem receio e enriquecendo as aulas com curiosidades sobre a língua e a cultura italiana. Era impossível sair da sala sem a sensação de ter aprendido algo novo e de que o investimento estava valendo a pena. Mas há um aspecto que, para mim, merece um agradecimento especial. Durante minha estadia em Florença enfrentei uma situação muito complicada com o alojamento onde havia reservado um quarto. Foi um problema completamente alheio à escola, mas que acabou comprometendo os meus primeiros dias na cidade. Ainda assim, o Gianluca, com quem mantinha contacto desde as primeiras trocas de e-mails ainda no Brasil, não mediu esforços para me ajudar. Demonstrou uma preocupação genuína com o meu bem-estar, procurou alternativas e fez absolutamente tudo o que estava ao seu alcance para que eu pudesse resolver a situação. Essa experiência mostrou algo que considero extremamente valioso na escolha de uma escola de idiomas. Quando decidimos estudar no exterior, não estamos escolhendo apenas um curso, mas também um ambiente que nos ofereça acolhimento, segurança e tranquilidade caso algum imprevisto aconteça. Saber que existe uma equipe que se preocupa verdadeiramente com os seus alunos faz toda a diferença e transmite uma confiança que vai muito além da sala de aula Grazie di cuore a tutta la squadra della Parola. I’ve just finished my 3 week intensive Italian course here, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. A huge thank you to Simone, Francesca, Ilaria, and Gianluca. The classes were incredibly helpful, every day consisted of 2 hours of grammar and 2 hours of speaking practice for a total of 4 hours. The teachers were genuinely passionate about teaching and spoke Italian most of the time, which really helped improve my Italian. Also I was very satisfied with their teaching methods. On top of the lessons, there were plenty of events and activities outside the classroom to socialize practice Italian and have fun. I decided to learn Italian and I found Scuola Parola after searching for several weeks. They answered all of my questions and gave me information about apartments. I signed up for 4 weeks and came with no knowledge of the Italian language. The staff and teachers were amazing and made me feel right at home, they are very helpful and all of the lessons were very detailed. I've been coming to Parola for well over two years, and it's a school I'll recommend over and over to anyone who has a passion for learning Italian. I've done beginner, intermediate, and advanced as well as private lessons, and all of them were extremely comprehensive and educational. I've also had the pleasure of studying under a lot of the various teachers there, and they're all wonderful and really work to make sure that you're not just learning the language but enjoying it, immersing yourself in it, and walking away with not just knowledge of their beautiful language but also a deeper appreciation for it. They also have tons of activities outside the classroom, like touring the stunning local cathedrals, aperitivo's, dinners, outings to Viareggio, etc. All in all, it's one of the best Italian language schools in Florence, and it's in a wonderful, central location as well.

Excellent school! After five months there, what I didn't learn was down to my own limitations. Simone and Gianluca put a lot of care into how they run this school. I don't know how they juggle so many students from all over the world, all there for various lengths of time, all at different levels, and still manage to make everyone feel seen. They tailor your studies to fit your needs, with adjustments made along the way when necessary. That flexibility is a kindness and generosity that you won't find everywhere. I was recommended by colleagues to study at Parola Scuola and the entire experience has exceeded my expectations! Gianluca was so helpful with sorting out everything needed to obtain a study visa and since I’ve been attending the school all of my professors and classmates have all been wonderful.
