An Italian Language Course for Job Openings in Florence

The Italian school Parola in Florence can provide an Italian language course that introduces European foreigners or CEE foreign students to the Italian labor market. This dedicated course gives them useful means to deal with Italian job openings in Florence.

Who can be interested in an Italian language course that deals with job openings:

• Workers from the European Union who want to move to Italy for a work experience in this country and need to learn Italian with its technical and job-related words in a short amount of time
• Foreigners from the CEE who need to study a dedicated Italian language course, with specific vocabulary, to write job applications, resumes and cover letters to face the labor market in Italy
• Euro communitarian students who decide to spend some time in Italy and look for an activity to economically support themselves and as a consequence need some basic Italian with basic grammar and words for a job

What does a Job Opening Course Consist of?

This Italian language course consists of 2 weeks in which we teach Italian with a specific vocabulary, idioms and expressions that are connected with the labor market in Italy.

Students study advanced Italian and apprehend linguistic means to help them find a job in Italy. It is required a good level of Italian.

Total hours: 16 for two weeks (12 grammar + 4 documents writing and dedicated vocabulary).

• The school teaches grammar for 6 hours a week, in the morning from 9 to 11, Monday, Wednesday and Friday (total 12 hours)
• The school provides information about how to find the right temp agencies, how to look for the right newspapers and internet sites for job hunting and advertisement for 2 hours a week: 1 hour, twice a week, in the afternoon from 4 to 5 pm

Note: the Italian school Parola helps preparing the resume in Italian for all job applications in Tuscany.

There are also the optional hours of cultural and recreational activities that are part of our free time activities, which are run every week at the school. Students who are taking this type of language program can take part at these activities as well.
