Italian Language Course with English

Italian Grammar in English in the Initial Week of the Course

For all Italian language students, who are absolute beginners, the school Parola provides a dedicated Italian language course in which English is used to help easily understand the basic rules of Italian grammar.

The Italian school Parola provides the initial week of an Italian first level course with English grammar explanations and handouts in English to help out students with a language that is more or less known by everybody.

The Following Weeks After the English Start

The following weeks, all students who have signed up for this dedicated Italian language course will proceed with the regular lessons of their first level course of Italian, which will be at its second week at that point.

As a consequence, in the second week of the Italian language course for beginners, Italian language students will have a good Italian grammar, thanks to the use of English in the first week. From this point onward, English speaking students will understand Italian grammar much more easily.

Course Price for an Italian course with English

The course of Italian at the school Parola, with English explanations in the first week, includes an extra fee of 80 euros, which will be added to the price of one of the standard Italian language courses chosen by the student.

Why English to learn Italian

Italian language students who may need to be linguistically supported:

• Adults learners or students over 50s who may find it helpful to start with English, in order to get more confidence and less "language anxious"
• Absolute beginners who have great difficulties in approaching Italian language with its grammar
• Very young students - at the beginning of their Italian language learning - who need language support with their mother tongue to feel more familiar with the Italian idiom
• All English speaking students who may find it easier to begin with an English language support
• All students who may find easier to get basis of Italian through a worlwide spoken language

The Italian Language Program in the First Week of the Course

In the first week, students are supposed to cover 2 chapters of the first Italian language level of our grammar book - defined and undefined article, regular and irregular verbs of the present tense, and modal verbs. Then, the students attending this dedicated course are going to join the group of students in the first level.

Three participants to Activate the Italian Language Course in English

Note that this type of Italian language course can only be activated with at least 3 participants.

In case, there is not the right enrollment number but only one Italian languae student, the price of the Italian course with English language will be 250 euros for the first week, 25 euros per hour. Then, the student will be normally charged according to the type of Italian language course that he or she decides to study.
